Nullmask Extends Zero-Knowledge Privacy Protocol Support to Monad Blockchain (MON) - Cryptonews.net
Privacy protocol Nullmask has extended support to the high-performance Monad blockchain, allowing users to keep their transactions private while leveraging the network's speed.
The expansion means users of the network can use Monad's speed while keeping transaction details confidential. The move could widen the range of applications available in Monad's ecosystem, particularly for users and developers who need privacy on a public ledger.
Nullmask describes itself as a zero-knowledge (ZK) privacy protocol for any wallet, blockchain or token. According to IQ.wiki, the protocol lets users make transactions on EVM blockchains private by shielding assets into a pool, without leaving an on-chain link between deposits and withdrawals.
How Nullmask Works
A key design feature is that it works with wallets people already use. The project's own site says users do not need new seed phrases or new accounts. Nullmask's technical overview also says it uses a UTXO model, similar to Bitcoin, rather than Ethereum's account model.
every deposit waits as pending until it is approved, and that verified law enforcement requests are acknowledged within 72 hours
Monad Compatibility
Monad is an independent Layer 1 blockchain that supports the EVM. Ledger's academy guide says Ethereum smart contracts run on Monad without modification, and that the network targets roughly 10,000 transactions per second. Because Nullmask is built for EVM chains, Monad's bytecode compatibility with Ethereum is relevant to the integration.
Monad's mainnet launched on 24 November 2025, according to Atomic Wallet's explainer, which also notes that throughput figures remain performance targets that will be tested under production conditions.
