About hamster.news
hamster.news is a real-time news service for the crypto, technology, and financial markets. We track reporting from established publishers and present it as a single, fast, source-attributed feed — on the web and via our Telegram channel.
How stories are selected
Stories are pulled continuously from a curated set of publisher feeds and sources. Each item is scored for relevance and quality, and the feed is balanced so a handful of high-volume publishers don't crowd out the rest. Low-signal, duplicate, and off-topic items are filtered out before anything reaches the homepage.
How summaries are written
For many stories we generate a short, neutral summary of the source reporting, alongside market context such as related assets, sentiment, and key entities. Summaries are meant to help you decide what to read in full — they are not a replacement for the original article, which is always linked.
Sourcing & attribution
Every story credits and links to its original publisher. We summarize and contextualize reporting; we do not republish full articles. If you are a publisher and would like a source added, removed, or corrected, get in touch.
Editorial principles
- Link to and credit the original source on every story.
- Keep summaries neutral and clearly separated from the source's words.
- Prioritize timeliness and breadth across trusted publishers.
- Correct mistakes promptly when they're flagged.
Not financial advice
Coverage of crypto, equities, and markets is for information only and is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
