Announcing nixpkgs-ctl: the best friend of a nixpkgs contributor

The creator, who has been contributing to nixpkgs and is known to Alejandra the Nix formatter, identified that while GitHub's PR view has labels and filters, it lacked a tool specifically designed for Nixpkgs' unique culture and language. This includes features like r-ryantm updates, maintainers, comitters, the merge bot, Hydra, and channels.

New tool features

nixpkgs-ctl was developed to fill this gap. It is free to use, requires no sign-in, and automatically reads open update PRs every few minutes. Users can personalize the tool by entering their GitHub login at the top.
