Stand With Crypto has endorsed 45 candidates across the United States ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections, predicting the next Congress will be the most pro-Bitcoin in history.

Stand With Crypto has identified the United States as on course to elect its most pro-Bitcoin Congress in history. The advocacy group urged digital asset supporters to vote in the Nov. 3 midterm elections to influence the outcome.

The organization’s campaign has backed 45 candidates across House and Senate races, comprising 42 House candidates and three Senate hopefuls. This follows a September announcement that added seven names to the 38 House candidates previously supported.

The group’s Senate endorsements include Republican Sen. Jon Husted in Ohio, Republican Rep. Ashley Hinson in Iowa, and Democratic Rep. Chris Pappas in New Hampshire. The four new House endorsements went to Democratic Rep. Shomari Figures in Alabama, Republican Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks in Iowa, Republican candidate Derek Merrin in Ohio, and Democratic candidate Janelle Stelson in Pennsylvania.

Candidate ratings and campaign strategy

Stand With Crypto’s candidate grades draw on public statements, legislative records, and responses to its questionnaire. The organization has committed extra advertising resources to six House contests, including Don Davis in North Carolina, Susie Lee in Nevada, Zach Nunn in Iowa, Bryan Steil in Wisconsin, Derek Merrin, and Janelle Stelson.

The campaign’s strategy targets races where supporters could influence close results. During a May appearance in Miami, executive director Mason Lynaugh outlined this approach to mobilize the group’s growing network of advocates.

We are on track to have the most pro-Bitcoin congress in history.

Lynaugh described a network of 3.1 million advocates, 50 state chapters, and 47 college chapters. The organization’s voter hub lets users enter an address to find local races and compare candidates’ crypto positions, including registration checks, polling-location information, and early-voting resources.

Focus on federal crypto legislation

The organization has tied its election campaign to passing federal crypto market structure legislation. Following the Senate’s September failure to advance the CLARITY Act, Lynaugh said the group’s advocates were concentrating on electing lawmakers who would carry its push for clear crypto rules into Congress.

The failed procedural vote ended 49-50, with one senator absent, on Sept. 15. The motion required 60 votes to advance; senators were voting on whether to take up the legislation, not on final passage. Husted voted in favor of that motion, as did Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst, whose seat Ashley Hinson is seeking. New Hampshire Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, whose seat Chris Pappas is contesting, voted no.

Stand With Crypto’s August endorsement round added 32 House incumbents from both parties, all of whom had supported the CLARITY Act when it passed the House in July 2025. The list included Republicans Tom Emmer and Bill Huizenga alongside Democrats Ritchie Torres and Josh Gottheimer.
