Sub-microsecond SEC 15c3-5 risk checks on AWS F2 via FPGA MMIO
Oikonomia has published hardware acceleration benchmarks for its FPGA appliance deployed on AWS EC2 f2.6xlarge, achieving 240ns P50 kernel-bypass latency and 14.95M operations per second.
The benchmarks were conducted on AWS EC2 f2.6xlarge instances featuring Xilinx UltraScale+ hardware. The system achieved remarkable performance metrics including a 240ns P50 kernel-bypass latency and 1.22µs PCIe MMIO wire latency with just 11ns tail jitter.
Zero-Touch VPC Reproduction
The Oikonomia appliance is distributed as an immutable Golden AMI, allowing systems and infrastructure teams to reproduce the telemetry logs within their own secure VPC without requiring external data ingress. The process involves launching the appliance and running embedded verification suites.
Users can launch the appliance using AWS CLI commands specifying the instance type and security parameters. Once deployed, SSH access enables execution of three key audit tests: kernel bypass latency, SEC Rule 15c3-5 governance testing, and LLM scaling performance.
