Bybit secures VARA licence for spot crypto trading in Dubai - The Paypers

The Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) granted Bybit the necessary licence to operate spot crypto trading services in the emirate. This regulatory approval enables Bybit to legally offer cryptocurrency spot trading to customers in Dubai, one of the Middle East's key financial hubs.

Bybit's entry into Dubai's crypto market comes as the region continues to develop its regulatory framework for digital assets. The exchange joins other crypto platforms that have obtained VARA licences to operate in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and other designated zones.
