ZOTAC has introduced the ZBOX PRO CM5-PICO, a compact fanless industrial mini PC powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 with up to 16GB of memory.

The ZBOX PRO CM5-PICO measures just 114.8 x 76 x 31.3 mm and includes two 4K HDMI outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, and an M.2 slot for NVMe storage or AI accelerators. It also features an internal 40-pin GPIO header, camera interfaces, and supports a wide 5V to 20V DC input range.

Technical Specifications

The mini PC is built around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5), which utilizes a Broadcom BCM2712 SoC with a quad-core Arm Cortex-A76 CPU running at 2.4 GHz and a VideoCore VII GPU at 800 MHz. It supports H.265 hardware video decoding and comes with 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, or 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

Optional WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity are available. All I/O ports are positioned on a single side to simplify cable management and stacking, making it ideal for industrial applications where space is limited.

Target Applications

The ZBOX PRO CM5-PICO is designed for industrial automation, digital signage, and IoT gateway applications. Its fanless design ensures silent operation, while the compact form factor allows for deployment in constrained environments without compromising performance.
